Why marketplace at all?

For Italian + EU enterprise customers, the procurement office is the bottleneck. A new direct vendor enters the supplier registry in 6–12 weeks; a marketplace transaction against an existing cloud commit clears in ~3 business days. The cloud provider is already approved — Claresia is just a line item on a familiar invoice.

  • Pre-signed legal stack. EULA + DPA are published in the marketplace; your counsel reviews against the standard text instead of negotiating clause-by-clause.
