THE PROCUREMENT VELOCITY UNLOCK
Three marketplaces. Italian + EU residency. Burn down the cloud commit you already signed.
Claresia is the Agent Operations Platform for European enterprises. Procure via the cloud marketplace your team already uses — AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud — and pay against your existing committed cloud spend. Italian enterprise procurement collapses from 4–12 weeks to ~3 business days. EUR pricing with full partita IVA + SDI electronic invoicing on every private offer.

Why marketplace at all?
For Italian + EU enterprise customers, the procurement office is the bottleneck. A new direct vendor enters the supplier registry in 6–12 weeks; a marketplace transaction against an existing cloud commit clears in ~3 business days. The cloud provider is already approved — Claresia is just a line item on a familiar invoice.
DIRECT — 4 to 12 weeks
- Week 0New-vendor onboarding kicks off; supplier registry form opens
- Week 1Procurement collects DPA, security questionnaire, ISO evidence
- Week 2–3Italian counsel reviews EULA; security review by IT
- Week 4–6Negotiate liability cap, custom DPA addenda, SLA
- Week 7–10Vendor master record creation; PO issued; payment terms set up
- Week 10–12First invoice cleared; provisioning starts
MARKETPLACE — ~3 business days
- Week 0Customer requests private offer in chosen marketplace
- Week 1Claresia drafts USD private offer + parallel EUR proposal
- Week 2–3Customer accepts offer in marketplace UI; cloud commit drawn down
- Week 4–6Tenant provisioned in residency-default region (italynorth / eu-south-1 / europe-west8)
- Week 7–10SDI invoice issued for EUR commercial proposal
- Week 10–12Done — total elapsed time ≈ 3 business days
THE THREE LEVERS
- Cloud commit drawdown. AWS EDP / Microsoft MACC / GCP committed-use spend is already obligated. Marketplace transactions count toward fulfillment dollar-for-dollar.
- Existing supplier path. The cloud provider is already in your supplier registry. Claresia rides that approval.
- Pre-signed legal stack. EULA + DPA are published in the marketplace; your counsel reviews against the standard text instead of negotiating clause-by-clause.
